Conferences and Events at Rocco Forte's Hotel de Rome
The Rocco Forte Collection offers business clients the opportunity to create a truly unique and individual event at Berlin's most exclusive address, Hotel de Rome.
Over 640m² of conference and banqueting facilities are at the client's disposal, with five separate meeting rooms and one ballroom, each equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including touch panel controls, individually regulated air-conditioning and WiFi internet access. All conference rooms are located on the ground floor, with plenty of natural light, and can be accessed through a dedicated entrance on Französische Strasse.
The stunning double-height ballroom is just one of the building's architectural delights. Formerly the cashiers' hall of the Dresdner Bank headquarters, the room still features the original 19th Century mosaic floor, including the names of the cities that were home to the bank's head offices, one in each corner of the room: Berlin, Frankfurt, Bremen and London. Six exquisite chandeliers hanging from a glass ceiling light the 276m² room, which is capable of hosting up to 220 people for a drinks reception and 140 people for dinner.
For overnight delegates, bedrooms feature discretely concealed, up-to-the-minute technology, including flat-screen televisions as well as dedicated, well-lit work stations with high speed internet access.
Four day conference packages are available, ranging from standard (69€/£47 per person) to exquisite (99€/£67 per person), with prices varying according to requirements. The 24 hour delegate rate is €310/£210, per person and night, including a 3-course dinner on arrival night, overnight stay in a Classic room with breakfast, room hire with equipment, morning and afternoon breaks and a 2-course lunch.
